Very communicative! I telephoned in the order and spoke with Kyle. From the start I knew I was dealing with a professional company. I received email confirmations and updates timely. I did not expect to have my BMW convertible delivered as fast as it was...I had to do an emergency garage cleaning at my house! :) The drivers were very courteous, helpful and they telephoned me with updates while in route. They picked my vehicle up on Saturday morning 01/22/10 in North Hollywood, CA and I had it in my driveway, New Orleans, LA area by 4:30p on Monday 01/24/10!!!! There was no hassle with the delivery; they didn't request a penny more (unike some other reviews with other companies when I was transport shopping). Already looking for the next vehicle and AAA Auto Transport Inc. will get the business.
